With an MBA from Strasbourg University, David is a managing partner of PKF Georgia. He spent five years of his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers Paris office. Besides general management functions, he also directly supervises internal quality control procedures in order to assure that the services rendered by PKF Georgia are in line with international requirements and best practices.

He has sound international experience in conducting assignments in accordance with the requirements of the EBRD, World Bank, KFW and other international financial institutions. He has worked with the following Clients in Georgia and worldwide on audit and MCS assignments: Tbilisi Bus Company (municipal entity), TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, Bank Republic, Agro Business Bank, United Georgian Bank, Georgian Trans Expeditions, BNP Paribas, CIC, Banque populaire, etc. He is currently supervising the audit of Canargo Energy Corporation (publicly traded company) in accordance with USA Securities Exchange Commission requirements.
